I used to struggle with a constant need to do MORE. I was always on the go and it left me feeling unfulfilled and stressed out, so much that my cycle became irregular (a less than ideal situation considering my husband and I were trying to start a family) and I had to look for answers.
What I found most shocking was how much stress (that I didn’t even realize I had) was negatively impacting my life. There is nothing like hitting reset and starting all over so that you can live a more vibrant and harmonized life. Creating intentional habits and routines to help propel you forward in a direction that you’ve always wanted to be in.
And that is my intention with this program. Life can be hard with the day to day monotony, but it can get even harder when life throws a curveball at you. This program makes sure you have solid daily routines that you can fall back on that reflect your true priorities.

I am a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach and 500hr CYT Yoga Teacher, who loves helping others discover and learn how to live healing and intentional lives.
For most people, it is their own journey that helps them realize where they want to be. For me, it’s a mix. I watched my husband suffer 100+ hour work weeks during his Residency. We had no life and he was miserable to be around. I also felt lost, in the sense that I knew there was something I could be doing better, but I just had to unlock it. I slowly began digging.
In pursuit of my own self knowledge and healing, I became an Integrative Nutrition Coach through The Institute for Integrative Nutrition, and continue to study to become Board eligible. I also completed a 200 Hour and 300 Hour Yoga Teacher Training in order to learn and teach others more about the mind body connection through yoga.
The more I learned and integrated into our life, my husband and I were able to find a flow between work and life. His work weeks became less daunting, and I was able to feel like I was supporting him better while I pursued my own dreams and pursuits.

Health coaching addresses the whole person, what it means to thrive mentally and physically, and how to leverage the biology of change. It facilitates sustainable change and optimizes health and well-being. Clients move from dependency to empowerment, making longer lasting, confidence building, internally motivated changes that are appropriate for your evolving life. The positive emotions generated by coaching helps alleviate chronic stress and the damages it causes to health.
Coaching is a learning/self-development model focused on the paradigm of possibility and achievement. During coaching, the focus is on optimal performance and the coach supports exploration of health priorities. Questions often focus on present and future situations with a goal to move towards optimal behaviors.
Counseling is a medical model focused on diagnoses and fixing a problem. Questions often focus on past & present situations with a goal to restore patients to a level of functioning.
Sessions are held over the phone or Zoom meeting, depending on your schedule. They are 50 minute calls that usually include: checking in, seeing what is working, developing goals, creating action steps, talking through setbacks, and creating breakthroughs. Every call will be different depending on where you are in your program.
Depends on the program that is the best fit for you! Booking a discovery call will help determine what will be the best fit for you. Time-wise, phone calls are bi-weekly and you will be expected to work on dedicated action steps and plans during this time. How much time you put into your self work will be reflected in the changes you see (either small or big- both of which is fine!).
I combine my studies of Positive Psychology and Motivational Interviewing with the energetics I have gained through my advanced yoga teacher training. I look to empower my clients to become actively involved in changing their lives by helping to roadmap ideas, goals, and action.
