I have always been an active person, which led me to pursue my passion for wellness, specifically improving health through stress reduction. Through my own health concerns, I figured out a new way to feel healthy, and that is the path I am on now. Healthy feels different in EVERY body. And I learned that healthy is far more than diet and exercise.
